Skills and competences
NSI is a technological partner of the project. It was created in 2002 as an ICT spin-off of a consultant company (NIER Ingegneria spa). Today, with more than 30 employees, NSI operates in the ICT sector especially dedicated to web architectures and solutions supporting medical scientific and clinical applications.
NSI has developed some research projects in the field of HL7 standardization (Clinical Genomics Special Interest Group).
The role in the project is:
- designing and realising software solutions supporting clinic and genetic data correlation for patient affected by hereditary diseases
- designing and realising software solutions for tracking and supporting laboratory activities
- supporting BIOPHARMANET partners about technical security strategies for clinical data treatment in a distributed network environment
- designing and realising software solutions to automate BIOPHARMANET’s organizational process
